SingleCAnalyzer is a free cloud platform for the analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data. It provides a full analysis from sequence files (FASTQ) with the application of state-of-the art analysis methods.
Our analysis pipeline applies a confident protocol which avoids the need for configuration using complex parameters. It performs a quick and semiautomated analysis which does not require the installation of software on your computer.
